How to schedule the CDA exam?
Scheduling the CDA exam can be done right after the completion of your initial requirements. Then, you will be sent a “Ready to Schedule” notification from the council. There are two ways to schedule the CDA exam – online and by phone.
To schedule the exam online, you need to create an account on this website. Take note of the candidate ID indicated in your Ready to Schedule notice because you will need it upon account creation. If you decide to schedule the exam by phone, you have to call the number 1-866-507-5627 between 7 am to 7 pm.
